Station 02

IP Video Surveillance

Complete coverage with zero blind spots.

Coverage mapped before a camera goes on the wall

High definition IP camera systems designed from site surveys and coverage maps. Every critical area recorded at the resolution required for identification.

Recording only holds up if the infrastructure behind it does

Every camera rides the same cabling backbone already run into the building, on dedicated VLANs with PoE switching and a UPS behind it, so recording keeps running through a power event instead of going dark exactly when it is needed most. Mobile and desktop access, motion detection, line crossing, people counting and license plate recognition all sit on top of that same infrastructure rather than a separate system of their own.

Protection Technologies designs camera placement from a coverage analysis and lighting study, not a fixed count. Call (201) 891-8201.

What zero blind spots is actually built from

02.1

Camera selection and placement

Fixed, PTZ, multi sensor, fisheye and LPR cameras positioned by coverage analysis and lighting conditions.

02.2

Network video recording

Enterprise NVR and VMS platforms sized for camera count, resolution, frame rate and retention days.

02.3

Remote monitoring and analytics

Mobile and desktop access. Motion detection, line crossing, people counting and license plate recognition.

02.4

Infrastructure integration

Shared cabling backbone with PoE switching, dedicated VLANs and UPS for continuous recording.

Video is engineered against the same building plan as every other system on this contract, sharing conduit, headend space and network hardware with access control and intrusion detection rather than running its own separate infrastructure. See what else is mapped onto the same scope.
